BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT AND COUNSELING

The Dirksen Center offers Behavioral Management and Counseling Services to better serve our patients and their families. Dr. Tria Murphy is a behavioral medicine specialist and licensed clinical psychologist. She has worked for more than 20 years with pediatric and young adult populations. Her interests include, but are not limited to: health psychology and chronic illness; grief and loss due to death, divorce, and suicide; parent-child conflict and family therapy; anxiety an mood disorders, OCD, and panic disorder; coping and stress management; behavioral problems in children such as ODD and conduct disorder; as well neurodevelopmental disorders like ADHD and learning disabilities.
